House Rules

Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the Front Desk Office to determine room availability and make the necessary billing adjustments.
ALL DOWNPAYMENTS/DEPOSITS MADE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Resort quiet time is at 12 midnight. No loud music or karaoke is permitted after.
ABSOLUTELY NO COOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE ROOM. Only cooked food and grill/BBQ items can be brought in. Electrical appliances such as rice cookers, air pots, water dispensers, etc., will incur additional charges.
If you misplace the room key, please ask the Front Desk Office to unlock the room for you. Room unlocking by resort staff can only be done in your presence.
Please contact our housekeeping staff if you need additional items such as pillows, blankets, or towels; minimal charges may apply.
Please do not take dinette chairs outside the room to hang dry your clothes.
Henna tattoos leave marks on linens that cannot be removed even with thorough washing. KINDLY BE CAUTIOUS. Stained or damaged linens or towels will be charged to your account.
If you intend to stay outdoors for an extended period, please turn off the air conditioning unit and lights to help save energy and protect the environment.
No room charges are accepted at the restaurant or bar unless pre-arranged. If you are with a group, only the coordinator's signature will be honored.
You may use the restaurant dining area during meal times, depending on availability.
Housekeeping staff may clean or retouch your room upon request or change your linens when necessary. Please inform the Front Desk Office of your request.
Please give our housekeeping staff at least 5 minutes to check the room before your check-out time. This will ensure accurate billing and avoid any issues regarding losses.
A lost or damaged key holder will incur a charge of Php 500.00.
A lost or damaged remote control will incur a charge of Php 500.00.
All room rates are exclusive of 12%VAT (Value Added Tax).
Management reserves the right to remove intoxicated or unruly persons from guest areas.
Carrying guns, weapons, or similar items is strictly prohibited.
